Overview The Department At our agency, planners combine consumer insight, commercial awareness, and media expertise to deliver campaigns that drive brand growth and measurable results. For a portfolio of high-profile clients spanning travel, retail appliances, and professional networking, we help brands connect with audiences in meaningful and impactful ways. The Role We’re looking for a Planning Manager to lead strategy across multiple client accounts. You’ll be responsible for delivering insight-led, integrated campaigns, balancing brand and performance objectives across a mix of sectors. This role is ideal for someone with strong planning foundations, experience managing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, and the desire to step into a management role shaping strategy and delivery. What you’ll be doing Leading the planning process for multi-sector campaigns, ensuring work is insight-driven and audience-focused Collaborating with strategy, creative, and activation teams to deliver campaigns that are effective, measurable, and innovative Acting as a key point of contact for clients on day-to-day planning matters Managing and mentoring junior planners, ensuring the team is motivated and producing high-quality work Monitoring campaign performance and contributing to reporting, analysis, and optimisation What we’re looking for Solid media planning experience, ideally across travel, retail, or B2B clients Strong leadership and organisational skills, able to manage a team and client relationships Confident communicator, translating insights into actionable media plans Experience delivering campaigns across digital, social, print, AV, and audio channels Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced, high-profile environments Why this role This is a unique opportunity to lead planning across a diverse portfolio of high-profile clients, where your work will directly influence brand impact and commercial success.
