Overview The Vice President, Global Operations – Process Design, Governance and Performance Management is a senior global operations leader responsible for designing, governing, and continuously improving the agency’s global operating model. This role owns global process design, governance frameworks, workflow enablement, and performance management and will establish consistent ways of working across Global, Regional, and Local teams. Responsibilities Global Operating Model & Governance Provide centralized operational leadership across disciplines to ensure strong governance, role clarity, and consistent application of operation principles Design, implement, and govern global operational processes that connect Global, Regional, and Local teams within a single, integrated operating model Ensure operational practices remain aligned to approved scope of work, service levels, and contractual frameworks Govern changes to the operating model, ensuring updates are documented, communicated, and adopted consistently across markets Workflow Design, Automation & Tool Governance Own the global design and governance of end‑to‑end workflows, including intake, prioritization, execution tracking, and escalation Define and govern the use of automated workflow systems and project management tools Establish global standards for tool usage, data hygiene, reporting, and visibility across teams and markets Partner with technology, enablement, and capability leaders to evolve workflows through automation, AI‑enabled processes, and continuous optimization Agency Performance Management & Operating Health Establish and manage a consistent global framework for agency performance management across disciplines and markets Identify delivery risks, capability gaps, and improvement opportunities, coordinating corrective actions with discipline and market leadership Provide consolidated, data led performance insights to senior leadership to inform governance decisions, resourcing strategies, and operating model improvements Qualifications Must have 10+ years of experience in global operations, operating model design, or enterprise program leadership within a complex, matrixed organization (agency, consultancy, or equivalent) Proven experience designing and governing global workflows, processes, and operating models Strong understanding of automated workflow systems, project management tools, and performance dashboards Strong client management/consultative experience both presenting and resolving issues Solid communication skills, able to write clearly, speak professionally, and convey complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience Must have a strong attention to detail, and be able to quality-check their teams’ work to ensure data anomalies and mistakes are caught prior to delivery to the client teams The role requires strong management capabilities, operational as well as strategic, to ensure that guidance is given to all teams on enhancing the product as the account matures Hands-on problem-solving abilities and a “can do” approach (someone who is a both a thinker and a doer) Additional information Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. Compensation Range: $149,340- $239,148 annually This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
