This role focuses on data analysis, insight generation, automation, and the maintenance of internal reporting tools. The position plays a key role in improving operational efficiency, data accuracy, and decision‑making across the organization. A strong background in data analysis is required, with hands‑on experience in Azure, Python, and Power BI. This position works closely with Finance Business Excellence and Delivery teams and supports process optimization through data‑driven insights. Responsibilities Analyze operational and business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support decision‑making. Review, maintain, and enhance reporting solutions (Power BI dashboards and internal reports). Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across sources. Develop and maintain automation flows to streamline processes and reduce manual tasks. Identify data or process issues and propose corrective or improvement actions. Translate business needs into effective technical solutions. Support the maintenance and enhancement of internal tools and services. Qualifications Mandatory Requirements 1–3 years of experience in data analysis or reporting Strong hands-on experience with Azure or similar platforms for large-scale data management and processing. Hands‑on experience with Python. Solid experience building and maintaining dashboards in Power BI. High proficiency in Excel. Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills. Experience validating and ensuring data quality. English level B2/B2+ (written and spoken). ⭐ Nice to Have Experience with Power Query / DAX. Experience creating flows in Power Automate. Experience with Power Apps. Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Experience supporting internal tools or process improvement initiatives.
