Role Over-view: We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with 5–8 years of experience to lead the development of our high-performance Cloud and AI platforms. This role requires a "polyglot" engineering mindset—primary expertise in Python for GenAI and data orchestration, complemented by strong Java or C# skills for enterprise backend services. You will be responsible for building Agentic AI systems and ensuring they are seamlessly integrated into our cloud-native infrastructure. Responsibilities Primary Development: Lead the design and implementation of core AI logic, data pipelines, and automation tools using Python. Secondary Integration: Maintain and modernize enterprise backend services and high-volume transactional platforms using Java or C#. AI Platform Engineering: Architect and deliver Enterprise Agentic AI Platforms using AWS Bedrock, LangGraph, and Vector Databases. Cloud-Native Deployment: Deploy and scale applications on AWS using Kubernetes (EKS), ensuring high availability and resilience. Infrastructure as Code: Drive environment consistency and deployment velocity by managing infrastructure via Terraform. Engineering Excellence: Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, architecture reviews, and CI/CD maturity Collaborative Leadership: Partner with stakeholders to align technical platform roadmaps with business outcomes. Qualifications Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 5–8 years of professional software engineering experience in cloud-native environments. Core Language (Primary): Advanced proficiency in Python for building AI/ML pipelines and autonomous agent frameworks. Core Language (Secondary): Strong professional experience in Java (Spring Boot) or C# (.NET) for building distributed systems. GenAI Expertise: Hands-on experience with RAG architectures, LLM orchestration, and Agentic AI reasoning workflows. Cloud & DevOps: Deep knowledge of AWS services, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform. Data Systems: Experience with Databricks, SQL, Redis, and Vector Databases for high-scale data engineering. Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related engineering field. Preferred Attributes Proven track record of translating AI research concepts into production-ready enterprise systems. Experience with event-driven systems and modernizing legacy architectures into microservices. Strong technical mentorship skills and experience in leading small cross-functional feature teams.
