Descripción del puesto In Bogotá – Colombia, we are looking for a Motion Designer with more than 3 of experience in high‑level 2D animation, motion graphics, and video editing. Their mission will focus on independently executing creative projects end‑to‑end, assuming full ownership of deliverables while collaborating closely with project managers on estimation and planning. This role requires the ability to work effectively with creative leads and clients, ensuring that all visual content meets quality standards, aligns with brand expectations, and is delivered with precision, creativity, and strong attention to detail. Responsabilidades • Video editing, adaptations, versioning, localization for adv. of global brands for various countries. • Video compositing and sound mixing. • Design and create captivating motion graphics/2D animations for video deliverables (Adverts, corporate videos, eLearning etc.) • Create videos in various media including TV, web, mobile, etc. • Work with creative teams to understand project scope and objectives and execute work. • Follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention and organization of working files. • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging tools. • Assist in mentoring and guiding junior motion designers. • Conduct quality control checks to ensure adherence to design standards. • Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules. • Managing production schedules and logistics along with pm and project team. • Work closely with asset management team/ asset management of incoming and outgoing deliveries (master assets, open files, adapts, etc). Cualificaciones • Advanced experience in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, After effects. Premiere pro) • Strong foundation in the fundamentals of animation • Video and sound editing skills. • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Detail-focused, organized, and a creative problem solver. • Clear understanding and knowledge of the Motion Design, and Video Production process from concept to completion.
