Culture, growth and wellbeing underline all aspects of Publicis Global Delivery. #WeArePGD Overview The Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for leading and ensuring the effective execution of the recruitment strategy, guaranteeing the achievement of weekly Talent Acquisition targets in line with business commitments. This role combines people leadership, operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and strong stakeholder management, overseeing high-volume recruitment, confidential searches, and senior-level roles. Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Delivery Leadership Lead and oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including administrative, high-volume and confidential. Ensure recruitment delivery aligns with agreed weekly TA commitments, timelines, and quality standards. Manage recruitment escalations and act as a key point of contact for critical or complex hiring cases. Stakeholder Management Partner closely with internal stakeholders to align on hiring priorities, timelines, and expectations. Negotiate recruitment scope, delivery plans, and adjustments as business needs evolve. Provide clear and timely communication regarding recruitment status, risks, and outcomes. Data, Reporting & Analytics (Data‑Driven Focus) Perform weekly Data Jira extractions Manage and ensure data integrity across the ATS (iCIMS highly preferred). Maintain and update the TA effectiveness file on a daily basis. Prepare and analyze monthly TA performance reports, translating data into actionable insights. Track recruitment projects and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making. Programs & Talent Initiatives Monthly tracking and management of: Employee Referral Program Semi-annual follow-up of intern programs. Coordinate and support quarterly team-building initiatives. Vendors Management Manage and monitor recruitment vendors as required. Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and administrative requirements. Qualifications English proficiency: B2+ to C1 (required). Intermediate Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, KPI tracking). 6 to 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment. Minimum of 2 years leading recruitment teams. Strong experience in high-volume recruitment (highly desirable). Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (iCIMS strongly preferred), Jira, and reporting tools Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. Clear communication and effective negotiation abilities. Results-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
