"Power of One" - Part of the 15-agency network under the fully integrated Publicis Groupe, bringing together the best talents from the group Excellent office environment - spacious, stylish office with an outdoor terrace for some fresh air Winner of Campaign Asia’s Agency of the Year Awards — Best Culture, Greater China (2023 & 2024) Overview #LI-SH1 Responsibilities Competitive monitoring / tracking on a daily basis and prepare for monthly presentation Daily coordination e.g. artwork follow up, back translation etc. Organize meetings, check schedules, send out invites Update WIP document weekly Job opening, quote & invoice follow up Strategy and creative presentation material preparation Develop post-mortem reports for completed campaigns Reporting & filing Qualifications 1-2 years experienced in professional client relationship management with solid background in advertising, design and/or marketing agency Intern experience in an agency environment would be a plus Independent, proactive, organized and able to work under pressure Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Good command of English and Cantonese is a must Good command of Microsoft Office Fresh Graduates in any discipline with interest and passion to advertising would also be considered as Account Executive
