The Senior Client Ops Analyst actively supports and leads a wide range of operational and billing processes for clients/agencies that include different levels of complexity, always looking for efficiency, precision, and the minimum level of error possible. Responsibilities Support billing and financial processes such as: Billing Status, Delivery Confirmations (D/Cs), Client Invoice Creation & Draft Billing Report Support the creation of Budget Reports, Retainer tracking, Budget recon, Monthly Budget Tracker Support Media Tools flowchart revision: Excel workbooks for performance, Paid Media Flowchart AUTHORIZE: Mapping Unmatched estimates - Map all new authorizations and review budget updates by brand and BU Budget Reports: LOB Dashboards, Retainer tracking, Budget recon, BCA Tracker OOW, Monthly Budget Tracker YoY comparison of monthly spending, Consolidated Monthly Snapshot, Contract Ops: Terms & Condition’s Review, Business & Legal Points Review, Long IO notes update in Prisma. Q&A for Media Teams Support training for new team members. Support documentation efforts for the craft. Qualifications Qualifications: B2+ or above english language level Bachelor's Degree: Media/advertising or related, Economy, Finance or Business related 2-3 years of experience with Finance or Accounting roles Microsoft Excel: Intermediate- Advanced Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Process Improvement approach Skills: Attention to detail & accuracy Negotiation and project management skills Proactive and purposeful person Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and numerical skills Process oriented Great ability for time management and independency
