Overview The Executive Vice President, Executive Client Partner plays a pivotal role in driving client success, agency growth, and creative excellence across a portfolio of accounts. Partnering closely with and supporting the Group Portfolio Lead, this individual will help shape and execute a unified vision for client engagement and business performance, spanning digital, media, CRM and social marketing. This leader will cultivate deep, trusted relationships with clients, serving as a strategic advisor who anticipates needs, identifies opportunities, pitches new business, and champions work that advances both client goals and agency ambition. Internally, they will help guide and inspire multi-disciplinary teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a culture of excellence that consistently delivers best-in-class work. Responsibilities Oversee client portfolios typically ranging from $25M to $45M+ in revenue, supporting teams of 30–100+ people and multiple client stakeholders. Develop and implement strategies for high client satisfaction and unified client experience across departments. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Provide strategic digital/social marketing and CRM leadership to drive customer engagement, retention, and lifecycle optimization. Lead multi-track digital, social, and CRM engagements, ensuring integration and impact across channels. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and agency partners to integrate CRM, digital, media and social campaigns with other marketing channels. Support lifecycle and loyalty program strategies, leveraging data-driven insights for communications, loyalty, and lifecycle marketing. Support portfolio client leadership and cross-capability teams in customer engagement, messaging strategy, creative development, and execution across owned digital and social channels. Drive collaboration across Strategy, Analytics, and Technology teams for testing, analysis, reporting, and optimization. Partner with Technology and Data teams to advance marketing technology capabilities and data integration. Oversee SOWs, project proposals, account planning, MSAs, pricing, and scope management. Support client leadership with internal and client QBR activities, identify cross-sell opportunities, and drive organic growth. Partner with delivery teams to manage client business health (e.g., margin). Qualifications 18-20+ years of experience driving growth for clients through digital, social, CRM in an agency environment. Deep understanding of omni-channel marketing ecosystems and customer-led strategies. Experience leading development and integration of campaigns across email, push, SMS, web, direct mail, digital, and social channels. Proven ability to build and nurture client relationships. Experience working with Marketing, Product, Data & Analytics teams and leading MarTech platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, Braze, Epsilon) preferred. Analytical mindset with expertise in interpreting data and applying CRM/digital/social best practices to drive innovation. Self-directed problem solver with excellent conflict resolution and communication skills. Experience leading complex projects and large teams. Ability to lead client account portfolios of $25M–$45M+. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
