Role Summary: We’re looking for an Account Director to join our tight-knit Sydney team for a 9 month contract. This is a senior, client-facing role where you’ll lead key accounts, drive integrated campaigns, and build trusted partnerships that deliver measurable results. As Account Director, you’ll be the strategic lead for major client relationships, steering projects from briefing through to delivery across TV, film, digital, social, print, and OOH. You’ll combine commercial acumen with creative know-how, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. Acting as the central connector between clients, internal teams, and external partners, you’ll champion operational excellence and foster a collaborative, people-first culture. What You’ll Do: Serve as the senior point of contact for client stakeholders, providing strategic counsel and campaign expertise. Lead client briefing processes and ensure clarity, alignment, and strategic focus. Build strong, trusted partnerships through proactive communication and consistent delivery. Identify opportunities for account growth, including new services and campaign extensions. Oversee end-to-end project delivery across integrated campaigns – scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and resourcing. Collaborate with producers, creatives, and studio teams to maintain creative integrity. Manage account financials, including budgets, forecasts, and profitability targets. Mentor and lead an Account Manager and cross-functional teams, fostering growth and high performance. Champion a positive, solutions-focused culture that values craft, diversity, and continuous improvement. Play a key role in client pitches and planning responses. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a senior client service role within creative, content, or production agencies. Strong business acumen and ability to manage account financials and profitability. Expertise in delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels. Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Ability to lead teams, inspire collaboration, and drive operational excellence. Skilled in identifying growth opportunities and converting them into tangible results. Knowledge of industry-standard planning tools and processes. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for creativity and innovation.
