Overview How You’ll Make an Impact With your background in delivering excellent customer service, you’ll play a key role in supporting our clients and sales team by managing multiple projects and deliverables with accuracy, and a positive attitude. In this entry-level role, you’ll work closely with sales, internal delivery teams, and external client collaborators. You will help turn campaign goals into audience solutions that our clients use to achieve results. Responsibilities What You’ll Achieve Build foundational skills that support long-term career growth within Client Services and Marketing Operations Develop a growth mindset by learning new tools, processes, and ways of working Own and complete promotional programs from kickoff through delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met Gather and clarify campaign requirements by partnering with Sales and internal teams to understand objectives and delivery needs Deliver accurate, on-time audience data and campaign assets using established verification methods (full training provided) Manage and maintain campaign documentation, ensuring orders, specifications, and materials are organized and up to date Proactively coordinate with internal teams to review forecasts, orders, documentation, and work in progress Build knowledge of data-driven marketing, internal systems, and evolving industry trends Qualifications Who You Are You’re someone who takes pride in delivering great service and staying organized—even when juggling multiple priorities. You communicate clearly, follow through on commitments, and enjoy working as part of a team. Base Salary: $49,300.00 - $91,500.00 Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws.
