Overview In Bogotá, Colombia, we are looking for a person for the position of Account Director with more than 8 years of experience in the role with advertising and marketing agencies. Their mission will focus on leading and coordinating the development of 360° advertising campaigns for major clients, ensuring the growth and success of the accounts under their management Responsibilities Coordinate all activities related to the development and execution of comprehensive advertising campaigns. Maintain direct and constant communication with clients, presenting effective strategies and ensuring their satisfaction. Negotiate and manage agreements with clients and suppliers, focusing on the continuous growth of the accounts. Support end-to-end strategic planning for the brands and account administrative processes. Manage the team, support areas, and partner agencies according to the account's needs. Align strategies, teams, and processes to ensure the achievement of KPIs for each campaign and the account overall. Ensure excellence in customer service and the quality of deliverables. Lead, facilitate, and drive the growth of the assigned account and business. Monitor and analyze KPIs monthly to ensure the achievement of strategic objectives for both the areas in charge and the business. Ensure compliance with the company's processes, policies, and procedures, both at the local and regional levels. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills. Extensive knowledge and experience in comprehensive media planning (online and offline). Experience with research and media planning tools such as TGI, GWI, IBOPE, ECAR, ComScore, optimizers, and brand tracking. Advanced knowledge in activating digital ecosystems, including Display, Mobile, Video, Audio, and DOOH. Skilled in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, focused on awareness and specialized in performance. Advanced English level.
