Descripción del puesto At Publicis Production - , we are seeking a Production Engagement Lead to lead and manage end-to-end production projects in the assigned country or region. The mission of this role is to provide innovative, strategic production solutions that meet clients’ communication and marketing objectives, ensuring quality, efficiency and alignment with clients’ strategic goals across all production touchpoints. Responsabilidades Receive and interpret client requirements and communicate them clearly to internal teams. Serve as the primary liaison between the client and the HUB using established tools and channels. Review quotations and manage client approvals to ensure agreed terms are secured. Receive initial media and content distribution information and route it effectively to assigned global teams. Review and approve communication assets produced by the HUB, ensuring adherence to agreed quality assurance processes. Identify, compile and share completed global projects and workplans as solutions or efficiencies to present to clients. Analyze and present monthly production status reports for the country, region and/or assigned campaigns. Ensure information sources are kept current for accurate client and HUB consultation. Maintain ongoing client communication to capture changes in business objectives, strategic guidelines, communication goals and brand handling, and cascade these to internal teams. Ensure compliance with all company policies, processes and procedures (HR, finance, technology, legal, administrative) at local and global levels. Ensure timely execution of HR-related administrative processes (payroll notifications, incapacity supports, vacation approvals, absentee records, position handovers, clearances, etc.) according to company timelines. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. Intermediate Excel skills. English level: B2–C1 (upper‑intermediate to advanced). Strong communication and stakeholder management.
