Company description Publicis Groupe is a global leader in communication and is positioned at every step of the value chain, from consulting to execution, combining marketing transformation and digital business transformation. Through a unified and fluid organization, Publicis Groupe partners with its clients across communication, media, data and technology to ensure access to the full breadth of capabilities in every market. Present in over 100 countries, Publicis Groupe employs around 103,000 professionals. Overview Publicis Groupe is building the world’s first fully agentic, enterprise-scale operating system for marketing and business transformation. Powered by Groupe solutions, our partner ecosystem is rapidly expanding into a federated network of data, model, and workflow agents across industry leaders like Microsoft, Adobe, Salesforce, and Google. We are seeking a Vice President, Partner Solutions to define and deliver the next generation of differentiated, partner‑fused solutions for Publicis Groupe. This role will shape how partner capabilities and Groupe capabilities converge into true, scalable, and deployable agentic propositions, and ensure these solutions come to life across our platforms, agencies, and client engagements. This role is accountable for staying ahead of the rapidly evolving AI and cloud landscapes, anticipating partner announcements, and developing clear perspectives on implications and opportunities for Publicis Groupe clients. Responsibilities 1. Co‑Innovation, Differentiated Value Propositions & Solution Architecture Build differentiated joint propositions that combine partner technologies with Groupe data, identity, content, media, and Core AI capabilities — and translate these into deployable agents and workflows. Lead discovery to map gaps, integration opportunities, and high‑value use cases across partner stacks and Groupe platforms. Create enterprise-grade blueprints across data, identity, models, APIs, agent orchestration, and governance. Ensure every co-innovation concept results in real, testable, and scalable agentic capabilities. 2. Build & Scale the Partner Ecosystem Own ingestion, validation, and certification of partner agents within the partner marketplace, ensuring interoperability and adherence to Groupe’s agent design framework. Define agent packaging, metadata standards, lifecycle management, and partner GTM enablement. Partner with engineering leaders to scale onboarding pipelines, agent governance, and agent‑to‑agent interaction models. 3. Market Awareness & Forward-Looking POV Development Stay ahead of partner product releases, AI advancements, cloud platform roadmaps, and industry announcements. Produce proactive internal and client-facing POVs on the implications of these developments, including opportunities, risks, and recommended actions. Brief executives, client leads, and agencies to ensure the Groupe always leads—not follows—market shifts. 4. Partnership Acceleration & Roadmap Execution Collaborate with leading partners and emerging innovators to co-develop demonstrators, proof-of-value pilots, and scaled client solutions. Maintain a federated multi-partner roadmap aligned with Publicis Groupe’s Core AI North Star. Identify and drive 3–5 strategic hero builds per partner each year, ensuring each build demonstrates measurable impact. 5. Internal Evangelism & Enablement Equip agencies, client teams, and capability groups with narratives, demos, frameworks, and playbooks that translate innovation into action. Serve as a visible leader across Publicis Groupe, helping shape the culture and operating rhythms of our agentic future. 6. Client-Facing Strategy & Activation Support C‑suite and senior client conversations on AI transformation, agentic workflows, and cross-platform integration. Partner with consulting, media, production, commerce, and data teams to embed these new capabilities directly into client operations. Shape co‑sell motions, integrated go‑to‑market plans, and multi-partner joint plays. Qualifications Technical & Product Deep expertise in enterprise AI platforms and cloud ecosystems, ideally across Microsoft, Adobe, Salesforce, and emerging AI-native players. Experience working with APIs, LLMs, orchestration layers, workflow automation, and data/identity pipelines. Strong understanding of topics such as data federation, identity resolution, content supply chains, and measurement frameworks. Ability to translate complex technical systems into solution architectures and business narratives. Strategic & Partner-Facing Proven experience working with or within major technology partners at a global level. Ability to lead multi-stakeholder workshops, navigate partner teams, and influence senior audiences. Strong commercial instincts with the ability to identify scalable cross-partner opportunities. Leadership & Delivery Executive presence with the ability to align engineering, product, agency leaders, and partner organizations around a shared vision. Exceptional storytelling, communication, and persuasion skills. Ability to operate in an ambiguous, high-velocity environment and drive clarity, momentum, and outcomes.
