About the Opportunity Epsilon is one of the largest data-driven marketing agencies in the world, and we are currently on the lookout for an experienced and driven Jr. Production Artist for the Automotive Creative Studio team – working on creative assets of some of the top automotive brands in the world. With knowledge in creative, print and online communication design, YOU will be required to handle both high volume production work together with creative led projects. You will need to collaborate with teams to manage projects throughout the entire production/creative process to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency before release in both print and digital media. Responsibilities Lead the preparation of print-ready Adobe InDesign files, adhering to design specifications and brand guidelines. Oversee and review artwork for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements. Collaborate closely with designers to translate concepts into print-ready designs for various materials. Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met Troubleshoot technical and production issues and provide effective Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related 1 to 4 years of experience in a print production role with a proven track record of managing projects. Expertise in Adobe tools: InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator/XD. Print expert. Basic knowledge on HTML work is a plus. UI/UX design experience is a plus too. Strong presentation design skills Video editing (Adobe Premier and After Effect) skills would be an added advantage. GIF and animation experience. Knowledge & Skills Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, ) and expert knowledge of prepress and print production processes. Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring precision in design, layout, and print Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle complex projects effectively. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a team In-depth knowledge of printing techniques, materials, and finishes is a Work experience in Automotive, Car brands, Industrial brands and/or IT brands is a bonus. Should have worked on ‘global projects’ with cross country Preference for those who have experience with S.-based brands.
