Overview As a social media specialist, you will work with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, and Facebook. Your role includes planning social media strategies, creating and managing content, and reviewing performance through analysis. By understanding consumer needs and trends, you will help grow clients’ brand presence and support the success of campaigns. You will propose the best strategies and content, manage social media accounts, and create reports using social listening tools to improve future activities. You will often create engagement reports using social listening tools. You will also organize insights and conversations from social media and turn them into practical reports that help improve and optimize social media activities. Curiosity is important in this role, as you will need to keep up with new features, tools, and trends that are constantly changing. Responsibilities Core Responsibilities Communicate results, insights and recommendations clearly to clients and internal teams Support copywriting and post creation in line with brand tone and platform best practices Plan and execute platform-native formats (Reels, Stories, carousels, threads, pinned posts, etc.) Manage multiple brands and projects with fast turnaround and changing timelines Prepare clear, client-ready reports and presentation slides Work closely with creative, account, media, strategy and global teams Handle multiple approvals, revisions and schedules in parallel Qualifications Mindset Comfortable writing short, platform-native copy that fits brand tone Enjoys a fast-paced, multi-project environment Proactive and collaborative with different teams and disciplines Able to play an active role as a key member of the team Enjoys making people happy Flexible and open to change Japanese Fluency Native Japanese or holds N1 Additional information 【What Publicis Groupe can offer you】 A hybrid, full flex work style, with 3 days a week spent meeting your clients and/or colleagues face to face.
