Culture, growth and wellbeing underline all aspects of Publicis Global Delivery. #WeArePGD Overview We are looking for our next Product Manager to own the end-to-end client journey on our internal AI-powered marketing platform from initial onboarding and configuration through to sustained adoption and success. Qualifications 7 years of experience in client success, account management, customer enablement, or implementation roles — ideally in martech, advertising, or SaaS Experience running structured client onboarding programs from setup through adoption Strong training and facilitation skills across both technical and non-technical audiences Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including search, social, and programmatic channels Excellent written communication skills — you’ll be writing Knowledge Base content, training materials, and client-facing documentation Detail-oriented and methodical — Knowledge Base population is meticulous, interview-driven work Comfortable translating client needs into actionable internal feedback for Product and Engineering teams Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and workstreams concurrently Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail Additional information Preferred qualifications: • Experience with AI-powered platforms, marketing automation tools, or knowledge management systems • Comfort with tools like GitHub for logging and tracking issues • Background in content strategy or information architecture • Experience working across multiple markets or with global client teams • A passion for driving change and problem-solving • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
