Culture, growth and wellbeing underline all aspects of Publicis Global Delivery. #WeArePGD Overview The Learning & Development Specialist The Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously optimizing learning solutions that build critical capabilities, support business strategy, and enhance employee performance across the organization. The L&D Specialist acts as a learning consultant, content curator, learning technologist, and impact analyst, leveraging data, AI-enabled tools, and modern learning methodologies to drive measurable outcomes. L&D Specialist will support the development of all talent, communication, and training initiatives, supporting the vital service needs of all PGD verticals, transversal to Latam and the US. Contact different areas and has strategic leadership vision and tactical support critical in standardizing best practices that align with brand goals. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders, vertical teams, and functional teams to identify capability gaps, performance needs, and future skill requirements. Translate business priorities into clear learning objectives and learning roadmaps. Apply data-driven diagnostics (KPIs, performance metrics, skill frameworks) to prioritize learning interventions. Develop the Marcel Classes Community to promote career paths per vertical through Marcel Classes Platform. Define and track learning KPIs (completion, engagement, coverage, skill acquisition, application). Evaluate learning effectiveness using models with business performance indicators. Promote a high-performance environment that develops and motivates the L&D team. Develop and monitor local training and initiatives for all PGD Latam employees. Develop and support initiatives that promote internal training. Support the P.A.R.I.S (Compliance) L&D report. Ensure learning programs align with internal policies, compliance requirements, and audit standards. Maintain accurate learning documentation, records, and process guidelines. Qualifications Skills required Strong stakeholder management and communication. Ability to translate business needs into learning solutions. Comfort working with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities. Agile mindset; iterative design and continuous improvement. Strong project management and prioritization. Global and cross-cultural collaboration. Learning Facilitation & Program Management Additional information Studies and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). 2–3+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development. Certifications in L&D, instructional design, facilitation, agile learning, or digital learning are a plus. (Nice to have).
