Overview The Contract Recruiting Coordinator is directly involved in the growth and development of Publicis teams across the country. The Coordinator serves as an administrative partner to the Recruiters within the Talent Acquisition team, and is responsible for scheduling, facilitating, and monitoring all interviews. The Recruiting Coordinator also supports the team’s operational work, working to ensure the recruiting process is run as consistently and efficiently as possible. The Coordinator must be highly organized, detailed, and meticulous. This role is ideal for a process-oriented individual that is able to manage a high volume of requests and projects without sacrificing quality. This is a contract role with the potential to convert after 3-6 months. Responsibilities Schedule and facilitate virtual and on-site interviews for candidates across multiple locations, managing communications via phone and email when required Create and extend offer letters via iCIMS (Applicant Tracking System) Support job posting requests, as needed Create a high-touch “best in class” candidate experience Implement Publicis Talent processes and policies consistently Fully and accurately apply the Applicant Tracking System and all other Talent Acquisition tools Contribute to ad hoc project work Represent and articulate the Publicis brand with personality and professionalism Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant professional experience Proactive contributor, eager to further develop and learn Practiced ability to adapt to quickly changing and competing priorities Adept Outlook user Organized and process oriented approach Professional and effective oral and written communication skills Superior critical thinking and solid analytical skills Sincere desire to work in a team environment Additional information Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
