Overview The Delivery Manager (DM) owns end-to-end agile delivery for core components and features within our AI platform. This role ensures cross-functional workstreams across engineering, data/ML, product, UX/UI, QA, and third-party partners operate in sync, translating strategic roadmap priorities into structured, executable sprint plans. The DM partners closely with Delivery, Product and Technical Leads to define clear requirements, user acceptance criteria, dependencies, and sequencing, ensuring teams move forward without blockers and with full visibility into risks and trade-offs. Day-to-day, this role drives sprint cadence, backlog refinement, and delivery predictability across AI/ML engineers, DevOps, backend developers, and design teams. Operating within a complex ecosystem of APIs, agents, data pipelines, and media-driven workflows, the DM ensures quality standards are consistently met and that releases are technically sound, operationally ready, well documented and aligned to business outcomes. This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who combines strong technical fluency with disciplined agile execution in fast-moving environments. Responsibilities Agile Delivery & Execution Translate Product backlog created by product managers into demonstration ready sprint plans Maintain an integrated delivery plan including dependencies, milestones, risks, and resource alignment Lead agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retros, cross-team syncs) Drive alignment across engineering, product, design, QA, data/ML, and vendors Proactively identify and mitigate technical, operational, and resourcing risks Quality & Governance Define and enforce acceptance criteria and testing standards for AI workflows and platform releases Ensure documentation standards across architecture, workflows, releases, and admin guide with training in mind for user types Embed responsible AI practices including model evaluation, bias testing, data privacy, security compliance, and human-in-the-loop processes Coordinate with engineering on model versioning, monitoring, drift detection, and rollback readiness Operational Readiness & Iterative Development Lead release coordination including communication, release notes, and stakeholder enablement Oversee release readiness, stakeholder sign-off, and post-launch smoke test validation Drive backlog refinement based on production insights and performance data Adjust sprint plans based on burn-down charts and release dates Qualifications 5-7+ years in Agile delivery, technical project management, or similar roles Experience delivering complex AI/ML, data, or platform-based products Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and iterative delivery models Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary technical, data, design teams Experience with Jira, Confluence, and modern collaboration tools Exceptional communication and facilitation skills Ability to simplify complexity and create structure in ambiguous environments Agile and Certified ScrumMaster designation (CSM) Preferred / Nice to Have: Experience in marketing, advertising, or creative operations workflows (campaigns, content production, approvals, trafficking, reporting) Additional information Transparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is $110,000-$125,000 per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
