Descripción del puesto As the Senior Retoucher, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects with a focus on delivering innovative and engaging creative solutions through digital retouching. Your role includes creating assets in collaboration with animation, production, adaptation, and design teams. Utilizing industry-standard image editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and After Effects, you will bring design files to life, producing high-quality, original motion graphic content that seamlessly integrates with digital social platform solutions. It should be able to appropriately prioritize jobs and assignee projects, as well as QA and deliver projects on time. Communication Skills Understanding project needs, incorporating input, and maintaining customer satisfaction all depend on effective communication and collaboration with clients, photographers, and co-workers. Responsabilidades Develop and maintaining a consistent visual style across all final assets, focusing on digital retouching, producing visually captivating designs, and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation. • Execute a of a variety of enhanced print and digital assets, including social media graphics, website designs, marketing collateral, multimedia presentations, and retouched photographs. • manage the adaptation, resizing, and retouching of assets for various media platforms and formats. • implement feedback and ensure all designs and retouched images meet project requirements and adhere to brand guidelines. • Produce, image clean-up, digital retouching, prepping files, and preparing assets for delivery, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Mentor, guide, and manage junior and senior team members, promoting collaboration, skill-driven growth in digital retouching, and a forward-thinking working environment. • Consistently stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and production techniques, particularly in digital retouching, applying this knowledge to enhance creative outcomes and elevate the team's expertise. Cualificaciones Experience in layout, digital retouching, and final file delivery specifications for both print and digital media (social media pieces, landing pages, email design). • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
