Overview CRM CAMPAIGN MANAGER We are looking for a CRM Campaign Manager to support multi-market CRM campaigns for Pampers Club — a global rewards and content platform supporting parents from pregnancy until their baby outgrows diapers. Reaching 2.5M+ monthly active users across multiple regions, Pampers Club is one of the most impactful CRM ecosystems within P&G. In this role, you will contribute to the planning, execution, and optimization of CRM campaigns across email, app, and push channels. You’ll work closely with Senior Campaign Managers, CRM Managers, Data Analysts, and Product teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with global standards. This position is ideal for someone who wants to deepen their CRM expertise, build strong technical capabilities, and gain exposure to multi-country campaign operations within a structured, fast-moving environment. What you’ll do Support planning, execution, and launch of multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, app, push) using Braze or other CRM platforms (Salesforce, Adobe, Marketing Cloud) Build and implement campaign setups within the CRM tool, including targeting and segmentation logic Support personalization and testing setups under guidance of Senior Campaign Managers Conduct campaign QA and assist in technical feasibility checks Monitor campaign calendar and ensure timely delivery according to SLAs Collaborate with Data Analysts and Product teams to implement user journeys and lifecycle flows Analyze campaign dashboards and performance results; prepare summaries and insights Support incident management and troubleshooting in case of campaign issues Contribute to documentation and compliance with global playbooks Maintain strong collaboration with cross-functional and multi-country stakeholders Follow prioritization and direction provided by the Team Lead or Senior Campaign Manager What we are looking for 2–3 years’ experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital campaign operations (agency, CRM tech company, or brand side) Hands-on experience with at least one CRM platform (Braze preferred; Salesforce, Adobe Campaign, Marketing Cloud, or similar also welcome) Understanding of CRM flow logic and technical campaign setup Experience supporting multi-channel campaigns (email, push, in-app) Strong analytical mindset and comfort interpreting dashboards and performance data Good communication skills and confidence interacting with cross-functional teams Fluent English (written & spoken) Digitally savvy with interest in marketing technology ecosystems Detail-oriented, structured, and reliable in execution Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments Additional information Why should you join Publicis Groupe?
