Overview The Talent Operations & Automation Specialist supports the efficiency and evolution of T&C operations across Publicis Groupe Japan. The role focuses on ensuring that core T&C processes run smoothly while continuously identifying opportunities to improve, simplify, and modernize how T&C operates. By combining operational support with process improvement, automation, and the use of technology, the role helps build a more scalable and efficient Talent & Operations function. Working closely with the Talent & Culture team, the role contributes to improving workflows, reducing manual work, and introducing smarter tools and processes that enhance both team efficiency and employee experience. Responsibilities Support the day-to-day T&C operational processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding,offboarding, documentation, and employee data management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information across T&C systems and internal platforms. Ensure T&C processes are executed smoothly and consistently, supporting wider Talent & Culture team. Review existing T&C workflows and identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and optimize processes. Support the documentation and continuous improvement of T&C operational processes to ensure clarity, efficiency, and scalability. Support the implementation and adoption of automation, AI tools, and digital workflows that improve operational efficiency. Track key operational metrics and support simple reporting that helps the T&C team monitor process effectiveness. Contribute to building a more modern, efficient, and technology-enabled T&C Operations function. Qualifications Minimum 3 years experience in HR operations, business operations, administration, or a similar operational role. Strong interest in process improvement, operational efficiency, and technology-enabled workflows. Comfortable working with systems, spreadsheets, and operational tools. Structured and detail-oriented, with the ability to organize processes and workflows. Curiosity to explore automation tools, AI solutions, and new ways of improving operational work. Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across teams. Fluent in Japanese and Business-level English.
