This role is ideal for a strategic problem solver with deep healthcare marketing expertise and a passion for designing insight-driven, omnichannel engagement strategies that drive informed decision-making and meaningful behavior change. You’ll lead DTC strategic development for high-priority launches and growth initiatives, translate complex clinical narratives into compelling consumer journeys, and partner closely with cross-functional teams across brand, media, creative, data and medical. Lead DTC Engagement Strategy: Develop a deep understanding of consumer needs, behaviors, and decision-making processes across the treatment journey Design Omnichannel Plans: Create engagement strategies that connect brand objectives to consumer priorities across channels such as website, CRM, email, social, paid media, and digital platforms. Drive Insight-Based Planning: Translate audience data and behavioral insights into actionable engagement strategies that influence consumer perceptions and behaviors. Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Brand Strategy, Data, Medical, Account Management, and Creative teams to ensure alignment between clinical content, brand messaging, engagement tactics, and measurement. Build Client Partnerships: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate the complexities of Consumer engagement for pharmaceutical brands. Mentor Junior Strategists: Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering growth and encouraging innovative thinking. Champion Innovation: Identify new tools, technologies, and approaches to enhance Consumer engagement and measure impact. Support Workshops and Pitches: Contribute to proposals, workshops, and presentations focused on Consumer engagement strategies and omnichannel planning. Highly collaborative and an excellent communicator, able to connect dots across teams and bring clarity to complex ideas. Qualifications 6–10 years of experience in healthcare marketing, strategic planning, and customer experience, with a focus on DTC engagement Proven success in developing omnichannel strategies for a launch, targeting Consumers A true collaborator that has worked on large scale projects across multiple digital properties - the true dot connector. Expertise in leveraging insights, data, and segmentation to shape HCP engagement plans. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges. Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior team members. Experience building client relationships and delivering compelling presentations. A collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Compensation Range: $106,780.00 - $153,405.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
