Overview Role summary The Platform Lead owns the hub roadmap and commercialisation strategy for a suite of platform prototypes ensuring they scale into revenue-generating products. You will balance global Groupe alignment with APAC market realities, oversee the right talent mix, manage IP attribution in Singapore, maintain governance, and lead regional adaptation of global platforms and tools. You will work closely with the Head of Client Solutions, APAC, to define and execute go-to-market (GTM) plans that support the Groupe’s marketing transformation and client capabilities. Key responsibilities: Own the platform vision, roadmap and long-term scalability of the program; define product strategy and success metrics. Translate vision into delivery plans, milestones and releases; coordinate cross-functional delivery with engineering, data, design and business stakeholders. Balance business outcomes, technical feasibility and adoption to prioritise features and investments. Ensure products meet enterprise requirements for security, reliability and compliance; be accountable for platform-level risk management. Oversee commercialisation: product positioning, pricing inputs, business case development and GTM planning in collaboration with Head of Client Solutions. Manage dependencies, risks and stakeholder expectations across regional and global teams; escalate and resolve conflicts appropriately. Lead talent planning and team composition for the platform organisation; mentor and develop product managers and other team members. Own governance, IP attribution (Singapore) and contractual or legal considerations necessary for regional deployment and monetisation. Drive regional adaptation of global platforms and tools so they meet SEA market and client needs. Qualifications Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in product management, platform leadership or equivalent roles, with proven track record scaling prototypes into revenue-generating products. Strong technical leadership and comfort working with engineering, data and security teams. Demonstrated ability to balance business outcomes, technical feasibility and user adoption. Excellent organisational skills; structured thinker who can plan, prioritise and drive complex programs to delivery. Outcome-oriented innovator with a commercial mindset and experience in product commercialisation/GTM activities. Strong stakeholder management skills; able to align global strategy with regional market realities. Experience in governance, IP/attribution considerations and working with legal/commercial teams (preferably with exposure to Singapore jurisdiction). Proven ability to mentor, lead and develop high-performing teams. Desirable experience with platforms skewed towards marketing capabilities (including data, technology, content personalization, creativity, media performance, and workflow automation). Prior experience operating in a global/regionally distributed organisation and working across APAC/SEA markets.
