Overview The Marketing Intern will support the development and execution of internal communication initiatives that align with the organization’s goals. This role offers hands-on experience in a variety of internal communications practices, including employee engagement, content creation, analytics, and change management. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Assist in creating and distributing internal communication materials such as newsletters, announcements, and presentations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and develop engaging content. Organize and update databases using tools such as Excel, Mailchimp, and Populo. Support the design and implementation of internal communication plans and strategies. Prepare reports and dashboards with data and analysis on communication performance, engagement metrics, and campaign results. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication initiatives, identifying insights and improvement opportunities. Assist with employee engagement activities, including town halls, team-building events, and other internal activations. Support logistics and coordination for office-related activities. Coordinate and maintain relationships with vendors. Perform other duties as assigned by the marketing team. Qualifications Your Skills & Experience Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field. Minimum B2 level of English (validated through Versant) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English. Strong attention to detail and editing skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Experience with design and multimedia tools such as Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, and Final Cut. Understanding of internal communications principles and best practices. People-oriented, with the ability to interact and engage with diverse audiences. Organized, proactive, and adaptable to a constantly evolving environment.
