Overview The VP, Integrated Strategy is a multidimensional strategic marketing leader who operates at the intersection of insight, narrative, systems thinking, and business impact. You bring both range and precision—able to set enterprise vision while driving executional clarity across teams and marketing channels. You transform research, cultural intelligence, and behavioral data into breakthrough insights and actionable strategic frameworks. You craft narratives that inspire belief and action, recognizing that meaningful growth requires both emotional resonance and analytical rigor. You connect disparate perspectives, anticipate future implications, and balance short- and long-term priorities to guide smart investment and sequencing decisions. Curious, forward-looking, and executive-ready, you influence senior stakeholders, challenge conventions, and align organizations around a cohesive, growth-oriented vision. Your defining strength is architecting end-to-end content strategy, messaging systems, and integrated communications frameworks—elevating content from a tactical output to a strategic engine that drives consistency, performance, and enterprise value. Responsibilities Integrated Campaign & GTM Planning Orchestrate integrated campaign and GTM strategies across Site, CRM, Social, Paid Media, and emerging platforms Develop creative and tactical briefs grounded in clear positioning and communication strategy Lead communication frameworks that connect brand, product, and performance objectives Build integrated campaign maps with activation and performance goals Messaging Architecture & Content Leadership Develop enterprise and campaign-level messaging architectures, narrative hierarchies, and content ecosystems Lead development of communication frameworks, content ecosystems, and narrative hierarchies across the full customer journey Establish governance and stewardship for message consistency across owned, earned, and paid channels Embed content strategy early within integrated GTM and campaign planning Insights & Strategic Rationale Synthesize research and behavioral data into clear, actionable strategic frameworks Translate audience insights into defined growth cohorts and expansion opportunities Convert insights into messaging, personalization, and channel strategies in partnership with SMEs Connect data to optimization roadmaps and measurable growth initiatives Distill diverse inputs into breakthrough insights that establish a sharp strategic orientation Build compelling logic trails and narratives that create persuasive, sellable strategic rationale Client & Cross-Functional Leadership Serve as senior strategic advisor to clients on messaging clarity, GTM planning, and organizational alignment Lead workshops to align stakeholders on positioning, narrative, and campaign orchestration Partner closely with Creative, Account, CRM, Media, and Analytics teams to ensure strategy translates effectively into execution Team & Organizational Development Build and mentor high-performing strategists across content and integrated strategy teams Define scalable playbooks, standards, and best practices Elevate the strategic rigor of briefs, frameworks, and storytelling across the organization Advocate for strategic rigor, clarity of roles, and high standards of output Qualifications 12+ years in strategic leadership roles within agency, consultancy, or in-house marketing organizations Deep expertise in content strategy, messaging systems, and communications planning Proven experience building integrated GTM strategies across digital and cross-channel ecosystems Strong executive presence with ability to simplify complexity and inspire action Demonstrated ability to connect consumer insight, cultural context, and business performance Skilled ability to understand audience data and develop segment recommendations Experience advising senior clients on strategic transformation and marketing effectiveness Skilled at aligning creative ambition with measurable business outcomes Additional information The Power of One starts with our people! This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
