Overview The Program Manager is responsible for the health and quality of mid-to-large scale client projects, focusing on creative project management, end to end project workflow, and delivery efficiency and quality, while working with managers in learning to manage and risk mitigation and resolution. The ideal candidate should have experience leading marketing and advertising projects comprised of multidisciplinary resources, with experience in collaborating with key agency stakeholders, including but not limited to Creative, Client Services, and Technology. Experience with managing multi-channel engagements (digital banners, ecommerce, product pages, etc.) is preferred. Agency experience is key. PMs who will own day-to-day execution, manage cross-functional timelines, and keep creative and marketing workstreams moving independently, in support of Sr Ops/Program Managers. Responsibilities Run end-to-end project execution for marketing/brand initiatives—from early alignment through launch and wrap-up. Build and maintain detailed project plans (scope, milestones, owners, dependencies, timelines). Manage multiple concurrent workstreams (campaigns, product/packaging updates, retail programs, asset delivery). Partner with Brand/Marketing to prepare pre-brief inputs (objectives, audience, success metrics, deliverables, timing). Coordinate with cross-functional partners as needed Identify risks/gaps early, flag to Sr Ops/Program managers and support as needed Manage creative workflow operations across internal teams + external agencies: Ensure briefs are clear and actionable Consolidate feedback and route approvals efficiently Track production and final delivery of assets Lead status checks / working sessions, producing clear recaps: progress, risks, decisions needed, and next steps. Maintain clean documentation (timelines, RAID logs, decision history, meeting notes). Support post-launch retros: capture learnings, timeline accuracy, and process improvements. Escalate to senior Ops/Program Manager as needed Support Sr Ops/Program manager as required Strong organizational + time management; can juggle multiple projects without losing details. Clear, confident communicator who can drive alignment across stakeholders without direct authority. Proactive problem-solver: anticipates issues and takes ownership of fixes. Detail-oriented but able to connect tasks back to goals and strategy (not just “task tracking”). Comfortable in fast-moving, matrixed orgs with shifting priorities. Qualifications 3-5 years Program/Project Management experience; ideally in integrated marketing, brand, creative operations, product launch, packing, retail/omnichannel program Hands-on experience with PM tools like: Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Jira, Workfront (any is fine—transferable). Familiarity with creative workflows and handoffs (brief → concept → feedback → approvals → production → delivery). This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
