Overview The Sr. Campaign Business Systems Analyst will contribute to and execute client multi-channel campaigns and ad-hoc reporting deliverables varying from simple, recurring campaigns to large, complex analytic extracts. Responsibilities include working with the team to scope, document, design, QA, and produce marketing campaigns. This individual will function as a liaison directly supporting the client, their partners and the internal account teams. Responsibilities The Sr. BSA will be expected to manage the following responsibilities: Design, build and execute multi-channel campaigns leveraging a campaign tool (ex. Adobe campaign, IBM Unica Campaign). Perform data issue investigation as it pertains to campaigns. Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing campaign procedures that are cost effective, operationally efficient, and meet user requirements. Support quality and user acceptance testing such as creating test cases and executing tests as related to marketing campaigns. Analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Support Issue Management from identification through resolution. Support/mentor Campaign BSA team with campaign issues/design, data analysis, and overall technical needs. Support/mentor client campaign resources. Schedule and lead team meetings and send follow-up notes with action items accordingly. Lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues. Work with clients, external vendors and/or account team to maintain delivery and deployment schedules. Qualifications Requirements Working knowledge of marketing concepts and end-to-end marketing execution Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to demonstrate a strong technical aptitude and understand both business and technical language and ideas. Able to identify and implement process improvements. Able to balance the needs of multiple program stakeholders and ensure program delivery and quality control. Must have ability to interpret business requirements, assess whether the requisite information is complete or acquire further information, and then fully translate the requirements into accurate and timely campaigns/reports. Able to prioritize work and shift priorities as needed to meet aggressive deadlines and milestones. Able to assess a situation, receive input from stakeholders, and select a course of action. Must be effective working with local, remote and global team members. Able to assemble, analyze and evaluate data and be able to make appropriate and well-reasoned recommendations and decisions to support the business, its marketing objectives, and internal project teams. Pay keen attention to detail and follow-through on action items. Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal skills Excellent drive, initiative and sense of personal accountability. Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Follow campaign calendar and manage deliverables. Able to lead a project and solution, in addition to a work-stream within a solution. Able to accurately document a new process, and gather/document all necessary information in a logical & organized format. Able to make proactive recommendations. Able to lead effective client meetings, negotiate deliverables, and drive successful outcomes. Able to effectively discuss the structure of a business to identify solutions. Working knowledge of relational databases and proficiency in SQL. Working knowledge of Adobe Campaign management/execution tool is required. Working knowledge of Unica Campaign management/execution tool is a plus. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to solve practical problems, applying analytical reasoning. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
