Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer with deep proficiency in Ansible to join our team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with Linux, particularly Red Hat, and a strong understanding of web server technologies such as Nginx and Apache. In-depth knowledge of source control systems like Git and basic Python scripting are also required for this position. Knowledge of Ansible Tower or Ansible Automation Platform is a plus. Responsibilities Linux System Administration Manage and maintain Linux systems, with a primary focus on Red Hat environments. Ensure the stability, reliability, and security of systems and applications. Troubleshoot and optimize systems, applications, and scripts. Automation & Configuration Management Implement and maintain automation solutions using Ansible. Develop basic Python scripts to support automation and operational tasks. Interact programmatically with REST APIs to support integrations and automated workflows. Web Infrastructure Management Configure and manage web servers, including Nginx and Apache. Optimize configurations to ensure performance, availability, and scalability of services. Monitoring, Logging & Observability Monitor system performance and availability using tools such as Nagios or Zabbix. Manage and analyze system logs to support troubleshooting, monitoring, and operational insights. Security & Vulnerability Management Perform vulnerability scanning and support remediation activities. Apply infrastructure security best practices to maintain secure environments. Source Control & Collaboration Tools Manage source code and configuration files using Git. Use Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket for project tracking, documentation, and team collaboration. Technical Documentation & Collaboration Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams and architecture drawings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system-related issues. Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related degrees preferred 8+ years of experience implementing and supporting Linux, Red Hat, Ansible, Git, Python scripting. Communication Skills: Fluent coomunication in English (B2+ or above). Technical Skills: Strong experience with Linux, especially Red Hat. Deep proficiency in Ansible, with a focus on its configuration. Strong understanding of web server technologies like Nginx and Apache. Experience with source control systems like Git. Experience with log management and SIEM solutions Knowledge of vulnerability management Basic proficiency in Python scripting. Knowledge of Ansible Tower or Ansible Automation Platform is a prefer. Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager is nice to have, administrator (Flexible). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
