Overview How You’ll Make an Impact We are looking for an Associate, Client Services Analyst to join our Client Services team in LATAM, reporting to the Director of Account Management. In this role, you will support the adoption and optimization of Epsilon’s audience products across multiple client accounts, working closely with internal teams including Sales, Product, Technology, and Operations. You will play a key role in helping clients and internal partners improve the value of data-driven audiences. This includes supporting campaign analysis, identifying optimization opportunities, and contributing to the development of standards that improve how audiences are activated across our ecosystem. What You’ll Achieve Support the planning and forecasting of digital media campaigns across Epsilon’s product suite. Assist Sales teams during the presales process by helping structure proposals, media plans, and campaign recommendations. Coordinate with Operations teams to ensure the successful setup, implementation, and delivery of campaigns. Monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis, proactively identifying red flags or delivery issues and raising them when necessary to ensure campaign success. Analyze campaign performance reports to extract insights and provide recommendations for improvement. Support the management of Private Marketplaces (PMPs), programmatic campaigns, and Digital out of Home initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth campaign execution. Work closely with Sales teams to find opportunities for account growth and increased client lifetime value. Help develop internal standards and documentation to improve operational efficiency. Who You Are What you’ll bring with you: Experience analyzing digital campaign performance and reporting. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working with digital advertising platforms (programmatic, social, or DSPs). Strong analytical approach and ability to interpret data to support optimization decisions. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new tools and technologies. Intermediate English level (B2 or higher). Highly collaborative and comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
