Client Success Manager - CONTRACTOR FULL TIME THROUGH Husys Consulting Limited

Location: Bangalore, India - candidates should either already be based in Bangalore or should be ready to relocate to Bangalore.

Type: Hybrid - This is mostly a work from home position however the candidate may be required to visit/ work out of the client office twice or thrice a week.

The Client Success Manager will work with Husys' Client -Lotame Solutions Inc. is a technology company that makes data smarter, faster, and easier to use for digital marketers. Our end-to-end data collaboration platform, Spherical, empowers thousands of marketers, agencies, and media owners to onboard, access, analyze, and activate the data they need to understand and engage consumers. Lotame is headquartered in the United States and serves global clients in North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific.


Responsibilities:

  • Train clients on platform, focusing on specific applications and features that will improve the client’s core business objectives

  • Drive adoption of Lotame’s identity powered solution suite -- Panorama. These products were built to support a cookieless future

  • Analyze and address inbound client requests to ensure client satisfaction, client engagement, and product usage

  • Communicate client feedback and product requests to internal teams

  • Collaborate with multiple teams to deliver results and execute business objectives

  • Understand the account map for each client, identifying key touch points for various Lotame stakeholders

  • Partner with Sales team to upsell premium services and achieve target renewal rate

Key Areas of Focus:

  • Account Management: Taking ownership of client accounts, serving as the main point of contact, and ensuring smooth communication and resolution of issues.

  • Customer Success: Proactively ensuring clients derive maximum value from the products or services provided. This may involve onboarding, training, and ongoing support.

  • Analysis and Reporting: Monitoring key metrics related to client satisfaction, usage, and revenue, and using data-driven insights to improve client success strategies.

Preferred experience: Ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of:

  • Experience working at a DMP, CDP or similar data powered tech solution

  • Experience with programmatic advertising and Advertising data analysis.

  • Experience working at or with large agencies and publishers

  • Experience working with global client teams and clients across different geographical regions.

  • Creation of internal and external project plans
