Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AI-assisted analytics workflows to automate recurring reporting, anomaly detection, and insight generation
  • Evaluate, deploy, and scale AI tools across the analytics function to increase team efficiency and stakeholder self-service
  • Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from web analytics platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools
  • Develop predictive models and forecasts to anticipate marketing performance, traffic trends, and pipeline outcomes
  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI that track website performance, marketing effectiveness, and lead generation metrics
  • Analyze large-scale website and marketing datasets to identify trends, optimize conversion funnels, and uncover opportunities across long B2B sales cycles
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales stakeholders to define KPIs, establish measurement frameworks, and deliver insights that drive decisions
  • Apply critical judgment to validate AI-generated insights before stakeholder delivery, ensuring accuracy and business relevance.e
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to improve data pipelines, tracking implementations, and reporting infrastructure.

Qualifications

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, marketing analytics, or business intelligence
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) for data analysis, automation, and workflow optimization—including effective prompting, building automated workflows, and evaluating AI solutions at scale
  • Advanced SQL proficiency with experience querying large, complex datasets across multiple sources
  • Strong expertise in Power BI (or Tableau/Looker), including data modeling and executive-ready visualizations
  • Solid understanding of attribution methodologies (MTA, MMM) with ability to interpret model outputs, challenge assumptions, and communicate implications
  • Experience with predictive analytics and forecasting techniques to model future performance and inform strategic planning
  • Hands-on experience with B2B marketing analytics, including long sales cycles, account-based measurement, and enterprise lead generation
  • Experience with web analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and understanding of website data structures and tracking implementations
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.

Preferred:

  • Experience building or contributing to marketing attribution models
  • Familiarity with Python or R for statistical analysis and automation
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce) and marketing automation systems (Marketo, Eloqua)
  • Background in enterprise SaaS or technology industry
