  • Own end-user support and service delivery across laptops, mobile devices, collaboration tools, office technology, and executive support, ensuring teammates can do their best work without friction.

  • Establish and manage operational metrics and workflows across ticketing, SLAs, escalations, documentation, and continuous service improvement.

  • Oversee identity and access operations, including provisioning and deprovisioning, SSO and MFA integrations, role-based access control, access reviews, and audit readiness.

  • Own advanced administration of Google Workspace, including organizational settings, admin roles, group governance, email and calendar controls, and secure, scalable rollout of Gemini for Workspace capabilities.

  • Administer and optimize core employee platforms including Slack, Zoom, and Glean, with responsibility for enterprise settings, permissions, integrations, adoption, and high-priority escalation support.

  • Build reporting, triage, and support workflows across Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Glean, and ITSM tooling to improve operational visibility, service quality, and support efficiency.

  • Drive lifecycle management and governance for devices, endpoints, core IT systems, and SaaS applications, with a focus on scalability, automation, and sound operational controls.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Security, People, Finance, Workplace, and business teams to deliver technology rollouts, solve operational problems, and support company growth.

  • Balance a high-empathy employee experience with strong security, compliance, and risk management practices across the IT environment.

  • Roll up your sleeves on high-priority issues when needed, while also building the systems, documentation, and operating rhythms that allow the team to scale effectively.

What You Have

  • 7+ years of experience in IT operations, business technology, enterprise IT, or a related function, with 3+ years leading technical teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience building and scaling internal technology services at a growing SaaS company, with strong judgment on how to balance speed, reliability, and control.

  • Strong knowledge of IAM concepts and tooling, including Okta or comparable IdP platforms, SAML, OIDC, SCIM, MFA, RBAC, and least-privilege access models.

  • Deep hands-on expertise administering Google Workspace and core employee productivity platforms, including Okta, Slack, and Zoom, in a scaling SaaS environment.

  • Relevant certifications are strongly preferred, including successful completion of the Jamf 300 course, Associate Google Workspace Administrator, and Okta Certified Administrator.
