What you'll do:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to some of our GTM leaders (currently 1 SVP and 1 VP), including calendar optimization, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
Act as a strategic liaison and culture pulse-taker between executives, team members, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up and support of field facing meetings.
Drive the planning and execution of events, meetings, and team-building activities.

Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, demonstrating flexibility and a strong commitment to team success.
Act as a cultural steward for the team, fostering an environment of inclusivity and high engagement. You will be the bridge between leadership and the broader organization, ensuring our values are reflected in every touchpoint, from internal communications to team-building initiatives
What you'll bring:
3 - 5+ years of experience in an executive support role, preferably in a fast-paced startup or tech environment.
You’ll have worked with GTM or business leaders and supported multiple leaders in the past.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously as well as to quickly pivot as priorities can rapidly shift even throughout the day.
Strong attention to detail, organized and responsive.
Intellectually curious and committed to continuous learning and collaboration to improve how we work.
High emotional intelligence (EQ) and the ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics with discretion and grace.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
