We’re looking for a strategic and customer-centric Solutions Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to help position our platform as the answer to our buyers’ most pressing business challenges. In this role, you’ll craft compelling solution narratives by packaging cross-functional product capabilities around specific industries, personas, or use cases. You’ll work across product, sales, and marketing to ensure our go-to-market approach speaks directly to customer pain—building credibility with buyers.
This role will help the company win by speaking the language of the customer’s business problem—not just the company’s product catalog.
What You’ll Do:
Craft solution messaging and positioning for target industries, verticals, or personas that highlights business outcomes and real-world impact.
Translate product capabilities into customer value by developing narratives that connect platform functionality to buyer needs and market trends.
Build and maintain solution playbooks that guide sales and customer-facing teams on how to communicate our value across different use cases.
Partner with Product Marketing and Product teams to identify key product combinations that solve end-to-end business problems.
Support demand generation with solution-based content for campaigns, webinars, and events.
Develop enablement materials (battlecards, talk tracks, presentations) tailored to solution areas to help Sales confidently articulate our value.
Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to validate messaging and ensure our solution strategy is differentiated and resonant.
Act as a market advocate, regularly surfacing buyer pain points and industry trends to inform product and marketing strategy.
What we are looking for:
Experience within fast-paced SaaS B2B companies
6+ years of experience working in Marketing roles (Content, Customer, Growth, Solutions, etc.)
2-3 years of experience working in Product Marketing roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling
Experience creating solution-level messaging and content across personas or industries
Great at simplifying complex technical concepts into compelling stories
Empathy for customers & prospects; puts the buyer first in everything they do
Thrives in fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous situations; enjoys finding the right path forward

Base Salary Range: $145,000 - $175,000
The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate.
