Ironclad is searching for a Senior Manager of Global Implementation Partners to lead and evolve our Global Implementation (SI) Partner strategy and programs. Our Global Partner network is composed of major global systems integrators and recognized consulting firms, which include best in class regional service delivery and global consulting partners.
As a leader in the Professional Services organization, you will carry responsibility for the success of partner-led implementations and ensure our global partner strategy is aligned and in place to accommodate the fast pace of change and growth of the Ironclad business. You will be responsible for building strong, differentiated relationships and developing long-term strategies with delivery partners that shape the digital contracting landscape, driving measurable business outcomes for our clients. You will help establish the vision for implementation partner strategy and will work cross-functionally with Sales leaders, Partner leadership, Legal, Customer Success, Marketing and Technical teams to execute that vision.
This role requires a strong relationship-builder, someone that can manage complex team dynamics, and someone that can turn ambiguity into definition. You must have the ability to understand complex business needs and tailor strategies and programs to address them. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment, be a self-starter, and have a bias for action.
What you'll do:
Collaborate with the Professional Services leadership team, Partner team, and other cross-functional businesses to manage a comprehensive partner program that drives differentiated benefits and requirements aligned to the partner’s core competencies and business models
Act as the liaison between partners, sales executives and our implementation services team. Operate as the face of Ironclad Professional Services with strategic partners, meeting regularly with partner leadership.
Serve as a point of oversight and escalations for partner-led implementations, interfacing with partner leaders to ensure appropriate capacity, personnel, delivery quality, and support.
Support partner implementation operations through capacity/utilization management, invoice approval, system access, provisioning, and more.
Participate heavily in the definition, leadership and execution of our implementation sales strategy, which will heavily incorporate partner-led services. Ensure partner strategy is aligned with the goals of the Ironclad business and Ironclad’s customers.
Standardize and evolve our process for partner enablement, onboarding, and readiness to deliver quality Ironclad implementations.
What we're looking for:
10+ years of experience in Professional Services, Implementation, or Partner Operations roles at a technology company (or similar) and/or a top SI consulting firm.
3+ years of experience in Professional Services or Partner leadership roles.
Experience with Implementation Services, Managed Services, and GSI motions are a core competency for this role.
Effective at identifying ambiguity and taking initiative to define new processes, responsibilities, and clear/consistent approaches that span multiple Ironclad teams and partners.
Effective at building relationships, collaborating, and influencing others; experience working with senior executives across various geographies and functions.
Strong communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner, and comfortable in business and technical discussions.
Proven leadership ability to influence, develop and empower employees with direct and indirect responsibility to achieve objectives with a team approach.
Ability and willingness to travel at estimate of 25%

Base Salary Range: $180,000 - $210,000
The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate. Our base salary is just one component of Ironclad’s competitive total rewards package, which also includes equity awards (a new hire grant, along with opportunities for additional awards throughout your tenure), competitive health and wellness benefits, and a commitment to career growth and development.
