As an Order Operations Manager, you will collaborate with the Deal Desk Team to assist in the day-to-day job of supporting the Sales Organization, quoting and other process enablement, building scalable bookings processes, and ad-hoc projects. You will be a founding team member who will be instrumental in helping to build the Order Management function at Ironclad.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Serve as primary point of contact to support the Field Sales team for all questions related to opportunity bookings, subscription management, and license delivery protocols.

  • Review submitted sales orders for accuracy and completeness per company guidelines, and partner with Deal Desk, Revenue Accounting, and Billing Teams to efficiently execute the opportunity close process.

  • Maintain customer subscription data, ensuring all live subscription data in Salesforce.

  • Perform weekly and monthly reconciliations of closed opportunities in Salesforce to ensure accuracy of key metrics such as ARR, Professional Services Revenue, Total Contract Value, and Start/End Dates.

  • Partner with internal teams to automate and scale the order process, and to achieve cross-functional goals and initiatives. Examples of internal teams include Deal Desk, Revenue Accounting, Finance, Billing, Legal, Professional Services, Renewals, and Monetization.

  • Collaborate with Deal Desk and Sales on non-standard, custom, and/or complex deal structures to ensure accurate documentation to match the intent of the deal.

  • Analyze data on sales orders that have been completed to ensure bookings requirements have been completed accurately.

  • Maintain and refine data maintenance and integrity across systems.

Key Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in an accounting or operations role.

  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Operations, or other relevant experience.

  • Possess strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

  • Understand Quote-to-Cash procedures, ideally in Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ.

  • Working knowledge in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and Google Suite.

  • Technical aptitude regarding knowledge of system administration and licensing management.

  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at one time.

  • Possess problem-solving and analytical skills.

Base Salary Range: $140,000 - $160,000

The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate.
