Founding Product Lead
Hanover
ABOUT
We're building the AI-native ERP that will define private markets infrastructure. This isn't an AI wrapper slapped onto legacy software - we built a proprietary general ledger accounting system from the ground up, designed specifically for complex investment firms. As the system of record, we've earned the trust to bundle fund administration with tools that were previously fragmented: investor portals, AI-powered portfolio management, KPI collection, and more.
In under a year, we've scaled to over $7 billion in assets under administration, serving investment firms and LPs that include top-5 banks and major endowments.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Until now, Hanover Park's product roadmap was defined by weekly product sprints and lived mostly in our CEO's head.
This will not scale as we've gone from $1 billion to over $7 billion in assets on the platform in only 4 months.
You will be our first product lead on a mission to translate customer feedback into code and obsessively focus on delighting current and future Hanover Park customers across venture capital, private equity and private credit.
