For our Applied AI team, you will solve greenfield technical challenges building AI agents that interact with our general ledger accounting system to automate work done by humans today. Your work can unlock billions of value for Hanover Park and our customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build atop Hanover Park's own general ledger accounting system to automate work done by humans today

• Work closely with service teams to architect and productionize AI systems that leverage LLM Agents, Machine Learning, and data pipelines tailored to each flow

• Define and integrate evaluations; add observability and alerting

• Enjoy full ownership over your projects and high autonomy in how to tackle challenges from data exploration to iterating to a highly-reliable system
