About This Role
Genspark is seeking an exceptional Special Project Manager to amplify our voice at the world's most prestigious tech and business events. You'll be the strategic architect behind our co-founders' and leadership team's presence at marquee events like Davos, TED, Microsoft Ignite, JP Morgan Healthcare Conference, and Money 2020.
This isn't your typical event's role. You'll operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and storytelling—transforming speaking engagements into brand-defining moments and ensuring every appearance drives maximum impact for Genspark's mission.
What You'll Own
Strategic Event Planning
- Identify and secure speaking opportunities, sponsorships, and attendance at top-tier global summits, conferences, and podcasts
- Develop a strategic calendar that aligns with Genspark's growth milestones and market positioning
- Build and nurture relationships with event organizers, media contacts, and industry influencers
End-to-End Execution Excellence
- Manage all logistics: speaker coordination, travel arrangements, exhibition presence, and on-site execution
- Partner with our PR, marketing, and communications teams to maximize press coverage and brand exposure
- Prepare executives with briefing materials, talking points, and pre-event intelligence
Content & Digital Asset Management
- Oversee capture, curation, and editing of photos and videos from events
- Orchestrate publishing across social media, our website, YouTube, and other platforms
- Transform event moments into lasting content that extends reach far beyond the venue
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
- 3+ years of experience in events marketing, preferably in tech/SaaS environments
- Proven track record of managing high-stakes events from conception to flawless execution
- Elite project management skills with the ability to orchestrate multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
- Exceptional communication abilities—both written and verbal—capable of representing executive leadership
- Data-driven mindset with comfort in marketing analytics and measuring ROI on engagement programs
- High agency and ownership mentality—you see what needs to happen and make it happen
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in the Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and understanding of its key players and events
- Familiarity with design and creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software)
- Existing relationships with conference organizers, media contacts, or podcast networks
- Background in PR, communications, or executive visibility programs

🤖 AI-Curious & Excited – You're genuinely passionate about AI's potential to transform how the world works
⚡ Action-Oriented – You don't wait for perfect—you create momentum and course-correct as you go
🎭 A Natural Storyteller – You understand that events are about creating narratives, not just checking boxes
