応募資格

・3〜5年程度のマーケティング経験（テクノロジーまたはデジタル製品分野優遇）

・チーム間連携のための優秀な日本語能力と流暢な英語または中国語（標準中国語）でのコミュニケーション能力

・日本のデジタルマーケティング市場と消費者行動への深い理解

・SNS運用管理とインフルエンサーとのパートナーシップ経験

Role Overview

We're seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to drive our expansion in the Japanese market. This role combines strategic marketing coordination with hands-on campaign management, focusing on building brand awareness and user acquisition through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with external agencies for advertisement content development and media buying across Japanese digital platforms
Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns with Japanese content creators and thought leaders
Manage social media presence and community engagement across Japanese platforms (Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Analyze market trends and competitor activities in the Japanese AI/tech space
Collaborate with the global marketing team to adapt campaigns for Japanese cultural preferences
Track campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data insights

Requirements

3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in tech or digital products
Excellent Japanese proficiency with fluent English or Mandarin Chinese communication skills for cross-team collaboration
Strong understanding of the Japanese digital marketing landscape and consumer behavior
Experience with social media management and influencer partnerships
Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
