We are seeking a highly motivated and capable Founding GTM based in Palo Alto, US, to join our rapidly growing business. As a Founding GTM focused on AI agent products, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities with enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales with a focus on technology solutions, with a deep understanding of AI technologies and their applications in enterprise settings.

About the role:

  • Sales Strategy and Pipeline Management:
    • Work with our GTM team to develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and target prospective enterprise customers in key industries.
    • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking opportunities through various stages of the sales cycle and driving them to closure.
    • Utilize CRM tools and sales analytics to effectively manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
  • Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:
    • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders within enterprise client organizations, including C-level executives, business leaders, and technical decision-makers.
    • Understand customer needs, challenges, and objectives, and position our Genspark AI Agents as transformative tools to address their business goals.
    • Conduct consultative sales meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to articulate the value proposition of our AI products and drive customer engagement.
  • Contract Proposal and Negotiation:
    • Collaborate with internal technical and marketing teams to develop contract proposals and solutions that align with customer requirements and priorities.
    • Work with the GTM leader on deal negotiations and contract discussions with prospective customers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that maximize revenue and value for both parties.
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings in the AI and LLM space.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and strategic positioning in the marketplace.


Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on technology solutions and enterprise software.
  • Understanding of AI and/or big data technologies preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close deals. Previous experience in a startup environment or early-stage company is preferred.
  • Successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales quota
