About The Role

G2 is looking for a …

In This Role, You Will:

  • Own and Deliver Strategic Hiring Outcomes (60%)

    • Lead full-cycle recruiting for complex, senior, and high-impact roles across Product and GTM — including senior ICs, people managers, and revenue-critical positions

    • Partner with business leaders to translate org priorities into a hiring strategy, including role scoping, leveling, and interview design

    • Proactively identify and communicate risks — pipeline gaps, market constraints, compensation misalignment — before they become problems

    • Calibrate candidate assessment across interviewers to improve decision consistency and signal quality

    • Manage candidate experience end-to-end, ensuring high-touch engagement and strong closing outcomes

    Build and Activate Pipelines at Scale (20%)

    • Develop near- and long-term talent pipelines for strategic roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, events, communities, and creative outreach

    • Build reusable sourcing infrastructure — saved searches, talent projects, nurture sequences, silver medalist re-engagement — to stay ahead of future needs

    • Use talent market intelligence (compensation trends, talent availability, competitor mapping) to inform role design and sourcing strategy

    Advise the Business and Drive Informed Decisions (10%)

    • Serve as a senior advisor to hiring managers and leaders on market dynamics, hiring tradeoffs, interview best practices, and prioritization

    • Partner with Finance and People Ops to keep hiring aligned to approved headcount, budget, and compensation frameworks

    • Deliver clear, actionable recruiting updates in hiring syncs where you’ll share pipeline health, conversion rates, time-to-fill, source performance, offer outcomes, and diversity metrics, and propose interventions when needed.

    Lead Process Improvement and Team Enablement (10%)

    • Identify and lead improvements to recruiting workflows, tools, and operating rhythms that increase efficiency, quality, and equity

    • Drive recruiting projects such as interview training, scorecard calibration, sourcing enablement, and process improvements in Ashby, including leveraging AI tools where they add genuine value

    • Mentor and support junior recruiters, and act as a connective resource across the broader recruiting team

    • Champion structured, inclusive hiring practices through consistent evaluation standards and interviewer enablement

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience, including 3+ years in an in-house role partnering closely with hiring managers and Finance

  • Proven success recruiting across a broad range of functions: Revenue/GTM (Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, Marketing) and Product/Technical (Product Management, Design, Data, Engineering)

  • Track record of closing senior, complex, and hard-to-fill roles

  • Deep experience building pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, and creative outreach

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align senior leaders on hiring strategy

  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Suite, and an ATS (Ashby experience a plus)

  • Comfortable reporting on and interpreting funnel metrics to drive decisions and improvements

Bonus Points

  • Experience scaling teams in a fast-paced, high-growth tech or SaaS environment

  • Track record of leading recruiting programs: structured interviewing, DEI hiring strategy, interviewer enablement, or compensation calibration

  • Ability to consult on workforce planning, including headcount forecasting, hiring sequencing, and location strategy

  • Experience mentoring recruiters or elevating team performance through process and coaching
