About The Role

The Senior Demand Generation Specialist will be tasked with supporting the EMEA revenue team as we move upmarket primarily, focussing on driving pipeline and revenue growth within our Commercial and Enterprise segments. You will take ownership of 1:Few Programs via our virtual channels, and develop 1:1 ABM Plays to help convert must-win accounts. In addition, you will support the APAC revenue team by executing a small number of field events across target regions.

You will be a critical contributor, working cross-functionally with multiple teams to create, launch, execute, track, and analyze account-based field marketing programs. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong understanding of ABM, event management experience, and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). The measures of success for this role are marketing-influenced opportunity production and pipeline creation.

The ideal candidate for this role has:

  • At least two years of experience in field marketing, demand generation or ABM roles

  • Driven partnership and alignment with GTM teams including the broader marketing team, sales, partnerships, marketing operations, and others

  • Strong attention to detail, whether that be in creating amazing experiences or carefully managing tracking, analysis, and optimization of field marketing programs

  • A proactive attitude, takes action quickly, and thrives in a fast-paced environment

In This Role, You Will:

EMEA ABM Planning and Execution (80%)

  • Account Planning: Identify key accounts within G2’s EMEA prospect audience and develop tailored marketing programs to drive engagement, in close collaboration with sales.

  • Account-Based Marketing: You will help create and execute our ABM strategy in EMEA via multi-channel programs and campaigns within our ABM framework.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, the broader marketing team, and other internal teams to ensure alignment of ABM activities with overall business strategies and objectives.

  • Email strategy: You will leverage tools like Marketo, 6Sense (Conversational email), and Groove to create 1:Few and 1:1 campaigns that align to our account-based strategy

  • Digital strategy: You will collaborate with our digital marketing lead on curating experiences that will engage and convert EMEA target accounts via paid channels

APAC Field / Event Marketing Support (20%):

  • Event Management: Plan, execute, and oversee a series of executive and community events to generate pipeline and foster relationships with customers and partners. Please note this does require on-site travel when needed.

  • Content Planning and Speaker Management: In partnership with the internal sales and marketing teams, you will develop themes that come to life through field experiences as well as manage inputs from speakers and partners.

  • Own Post-Event Follow-Up: Planning and executing events is one piece of field marketing, and successful internal enablement, lead follow up, engagement, and tracking is another. You will own both, including managing RSVPs and leads, list uploads, post-event communications, and tracking your impact through to pipeline, revenue, and ROI.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in demand gen, ABM or field marketing

  • A passion for creating memorable customer experiences that ultimately drive pipeline

  • Proven success leveraging ABM, campaigns, programs, events, and offers to surpass opportunity and pipeline goals

  • A history of successful collaboration with go-to-market teams in influencing, accelerating, and expanding pipeline

  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time across APAC

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to adapt quickly to change with an exceptional level of attention to detail

  • Experience is executing events

  • Strong platform proficiency across Salesforce and G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) as well as strong communication, written, and organizational skills
