About the Role

We are looking for someone to lead the revenue operations function. It’s a small, high impact team that partners closely with the sales, marketing, customer success, business development, and finance teams to help drive revenue growth and operational efficiencies. If you enjoy bringing structure & process to complex problems, while using data and metrics to see around corners this may be a great role for you.

This is a manager role with 1 report today who focuses on data and systems. The team is expected to grow over time as we scale the revenue org.

You Will

  • Define and track the metrics and leading indicators of GTM business performance

  • Manage and improve GTM systems and tools in partnership with our system admin

  • Implement and roll-out a CPQ tool to reduce friction and increase sales velocity

  • Lead the operations of the revenue org including sales forecasting and pipeline management procedures

  • Stand up a deal desk function

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, partnerships, business development, finance, and other functions to execute on company goals

  • Use business judgment to drive focus on the highest priority areas for the revenue org, balancing near-term tactics with longer term investments

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in revenue or sales operations at a high growth venture-backed start-up

  • A self-starter capable of driving results without significant supervision

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically

  • Ability to build collaborative working relationships

  • Ability to thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment

  • Familiarity with common GTM systems and tools

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
