Role Overview
As a Sales Operations Specialist, you play a pivotal role in supporting every phase of the sales cycle, contributing significantly as a key member of our dynamic Revenue Operations team.
As a strategic collaborator with Sales, Operations, Enablement, and Finance teams, you will be vital in cultivating a healthy CRM system and streamlining seamless business operations. Serving as the primary point of contact for the sales team, you'll actively contribute to the quoting process, handle inbound inquiries, and adeptly capture valuable pain points and feedback. This position is integral to crafting comprehensive training programs and implementing operational enhancements, ultimately driving significant improvements in sales productivity.
This is a remote position that can be worked from your home.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the quote-to-order process: booking opportunities to ensure proper flow of data into systems interfacing with the CRM.
  • Assist sellers in building non-standard quote configurations.
  • Manage inbound requests from the go to market team, ensuring cases are responded to and resolved quickly and actively participate in recommendations to help improve productivity and performance.
  • Onboard new GTM team members: provision tools, reassign accounts, schedule training, and share resources.
  • Troubleshoot system errors, helping the team understand underlying issues that arise in lead routing, automation, and breakdown in essential business processes.
  • Support data integrity efforts by merging duplicate accounts and conducting bulk updates of data in Salesforce.
  • Manage booking and provisioning for closed-won deals to enable a good customer onboarding experience and proper financial reporting.
  • Inspect opportunity records and contracts for completeness, accuracy, and compliance to company bookings and revenue recognition guidelines.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of operational experience at a start-up/SaaS company
  • 1-year experience with Salesforce, excel (v-lookups), and dataloader
  • Familiarity with Outreach, Zoom, Clearbit is preferred
  • Drive for optimization (strong desire & ability to identify antiquated & manual processes and provide creative solutions for improvements)
  • Displays excellent troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills
  • Able to work with a high degree of autonomy, particularly within a remote setting
  • Enjoy working with go-to-market teams focused on revenue growth and customer experience
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Work Hours | able to work Monday - Friday, between 8 am to 5 pm within Central time zone is preferred
  • Work Location | able to work 100% remotely from home
  • Travel | available to travel domestically occasionally for work-related events such as conferences, company in-person gatherings, pieces of training
  • Certifications | SFDC admin certification is preferred
