About the Role
We’re hiring an ambitious Growth Product Marketing Manager to own user growth and engagement for Scribe, our AI-powered ambient documentation product for clinicians.
This role is all about figuring out how clinicians discover Scribe, activate, build trust, and come back consistently. You’ll own everything from positioning and messaging to lifecycle marketing and in-product growth levers, with the autonomy to experiment, learn, and iterate quickly.
Scribe is moving from beta into a more competitive phase, and this role will play a critical part in defining how the product grows and how it earns trust with clinicians. If you’re excited by ownership, mission-driven products, and seeing your work directly impact product usage, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Own Growth End-to-End
- Own growth across the user funnel from first touch through activation, retention, and habit formation
- Identify and prioritize the highest-impact levers to increase MAU and repeat usage
Set hypotheses, run experiments, and turn learnings into repeatable growth plays
Lifecycle & In-Product Growth
- Own lifecycle marketing programs, including email and in-product messaging
- Partner closely with Product and Design to shape onboarding, activation flows, prompts, and in-app education
- Continuously refine growth loops that encourage regular, meaningful usage
Proposition & Positioning
- Define and evolve communication of Scribe’s core value proposition for clinicians
- Craft clear, credible messaging that builds confidence in AI and reflects real clinical workflows
- Tailor positioning by specialty, use case, and stage of user maturity
- Ensure consistency across product surfaces, lifecycle messaging, and brand touchpoints
Experimentation & Measurement
- Design and run experiments across messaging, channels, and in-product experiences
- Instrument funnels and cohorts to understand what drives activation and retention
- Use data and qualitative insights to guide prioritization and decision-making
Brand & Narrative
- Help shape Scribe’s brand narrative as a trusted, clinician-first AI product
- Translate complex AI capabilities into simple, human, and authentic stories
- Maintain a consistent voice and point of view across growth and product experiences
Insight-Driven Execution
- Stay close to clinician needs, objections, and mental models through research, feedback, and usage data
- Synthesize insights and share clear recommendations with Product and leadership
- Influence roadmap and growth priorities through evidence and experimentation
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or lifecycle-focused roles
- Proven ability to drive user adoption, activation, or engagement for a product
- Comfort owning work independently from strategy through execution
- Strong instincts for positioning, messaging, and storytelling
- Experience running experiments and using data to inform decisions
- Hands-on experience with lifecycle tools (email, in-product messaging, experimentation)
- Ability to translate complex or technical concepts (especially AI-driven ones) into clear user value
- Bias toward action, curiosity, and continuous learning
- Experience with clinician-facing, SaaS, or healthcare products is a plus, but not required
