• Coordinate cross-functional efforts: Collaborate closely with account management, product, and activation teams to ensure successful project delivery and outstanding client outcomes.

• Own administrative excellence: Manage product renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations. Conduct audits, reporting, and contribute to special projects that drive team and company success.

• Foster a positive team culture: Share knowledge and best practices by cross-training peers to elevate the performance of the Client Activation and Support Team.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and stay professional under pressure.

• Clear and effective verbal and written communication.

• Technical comfort with email programs, support ticketing systems, and willingness to learn new enterprise tools.

• A proactive, client-first mindset, with a passion for driving measurable business results.

• At least 2 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, technical support, implementation, or related client-facing roles.
