What You'll Do
Are you a marketing-minded WordPress web designer who can turn traffic into leads? DAS Technology is looking for a Performance Marketing Web Manager to own and optimize our online presence. You’ll be responsible for building high-performing pages in WordPress, crafting compelling messaging, and turning our site into a lead-generation machine. This role blends design, copywriting, CRO, and analytics — all in service of helping our sales team win more deals. If you’re part designer, part strategist, and part growth marketer, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Product Knowledge: Understand DAS Technology products and the value they drive for DAS clients.
- Wordpress Design: Own our marketing website strategy, design, conversion, and analytics
- Page Design: Our website runs on WordPress and Thrive. You’ll be in charge of creating modern looking pages that convert visitors into qualified leads for our sales team to run demos.
- Copywriting: You have a grasp on how to create the message a page needs to embody to address the pains, objections, and psychology a target customer has as they consider working with us to solve their problems.
- Visual Creative: You can direct, mockup, and work with designers to create the visuals we need to power our pages messaging and drive visitors to the next step of the funnel.
- Clean and Speedy: High converting websites need speedy pages, low load times, and plugin-free functionality. You know how to get a lot of mileage from your website without needing plugin crutches and clunky add-ons.
- Website Optimization: A/B tests, Analytics, Conversion Tracking
- A/B Testing: You’ll own testing on the site to make sure we are testing the highest performing pages, headlines, and any other key areas of a page. Heatmaps, site recordings, and tracking are second nature.
- Analytics: You are the go-to for reporting on where we have leads falling through the cracks. You know how many people are coming to the site and what pages they’re visiting. You know what content we need to be making to attract the ideal audience.
- Conversion Tracking: Digital marketing is incredibly complicated, but you’re not afraid of conversion pixels and making sure we can track UTM’s and other data across pages where needed.
- Funnel Design: Campaigns, webinar, and funnel design
- Webinar: You naturally know how to create compelling webinar registration pages that generate high converting registrations.
- Marketing Funnels: You can build a landing page, thank you page, booking pages, and anything else we need to get a prospect to become a lead.
- Marketing Integrations: You will need to integrate our site with Microsoft Dynamics so leads are captured and can deliver the campaigns
- Funnel Analytics: You can report on where we have the biggest gaps for improving lead gen from a website perspective and are a hole plugging genius.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of experience managing or designing marketing websites in a SaaS industry.
- 3+ years of Wordpress experience
- 3+ years of Google Analytics experience
- 3+ Conversion Pixel experience (Meta, Tag Manager)
- 3+ years in automotive or B2B technology marketing is a plus
- Website A/B testing experience
- Strong eye for layout, design, and messaging clarity
- Excellent communicator, writer, and creative thinker with the ability to use data to inform all decisions
- Proactive, hands-on, able to think independently while collaborating
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing industry conditions and business needs – pivoting targeting and messaging as needed
- Strong project management and data analysis skills
